  • JR East – Internet based Business Travel System: Effective from April 2006 JTB-CWT in a joint development with JR offers a new system development based on JR internet ticket purchasing system (JR Business Eki Net) to provide on-line capability from ticket booking to ticket issuance and receipt.
  • International Air SBT: developed   in Japanese and English (2byte) JTB-CWT SBT offers key functionalities for booking air, hotel, car ； preferred airline display controls, preferred hotel display, policy compliance and expection reasons, seat assignment.
  • Domestic Air online booking: JTB-CWT provides B+PLUS SM connectivity to Domestic Air on-line booking tools.

CWT hotel programme features preferred (lower than corporate) rates at more than 10,500 business hotels in over 2,800 cities around the world. The rates can only be booked through Carlson Wagonlit offices and includes additional benefits at various hotel groups including Accor, Radisson, Hilton, Marriott and Utell International. Carlson Wagonlit offers corporate rates at a further 120,000 hotels worldwide.
