JTB-CWT specializes in managing business travel for corporate clients in Japan fulfilling all aspects of travel management needs and providing comprehensive data capture and reporting. Facilities that enable clients to better understand their business expenditures, and to lead and initiate negotiations with suppliers supported by our consultative services and guidance based on extensive Japan industry experience and intellectual capital. JTB-CWT also works with clients to design and implement travel policies suited to their specific business needs and corporate culture. JTB-CWT fully embrace management of industry issues, hotel programs, meetings management, and change management.


JTB-CWT Business Travel Solutions operates mixed client Business Travel Centers in Tokyo and Osaka, with Tokyo head office as the principle Japan Business Travel, with over 500 staff employed. Both the Tokyo and Osaka offices are equipped with ACD systems and have full access to all global and local/domestic GDS and CRS systems, including but not limited to: Apollo, Amadeus, Axess, Infini, able, and JR and private rail CRS, both offices have full connectivity to JTB Corp core system TRIPS. All GDS and CRS systems are interfaced through JTB Corp proprietary STERA mid-office system developed specifically for travel management with multiple GDS & CRS connectivity and data management. JTB-CWT manages dedicated client sites including implants and dedicated cells. All of JTB-CWT products and systems are operated in a 2byte environment. JTB-CWT Business Travel Solutions is linked to Carlson Wagonlit Travel global data consolidation product enabling provision of management information reports and consolidation on a local, regional and global basis.
